What do I offer?
1-1 Personal Training

Free Consultation
Prior to any one-on-one session we would arrange a consultation to discuss your goals and look at how we can work together to achieve them. This consultation will also allow me to gage previous fitness experience and then create workouts accordingly.

In-person Training
1-1 personal training can be booked in hour-long slots and involves working through a specifically designed programme, made with your goals considered, and developing it based on your preferences. Each session can be split into specific muscle groups or can offer full body workouts based on how often you want to train with me. I will explain the reasons for each exercise and help to show how you can take active steps towards your fitness goals.

Single Sessions
Individual sessions can be booked after consultations for those who aren't yet ready to start reoccurring sessions and can act as an opportunity for me to demonstrate my knowledge and understanding as well as how each future session would be structured.

Repeat Sessions
For those interested in a more regular workout schedule, reoccurring sessions would allow me to track your progress and help to build an adaptive workout structure to fit you. These sessions can be planned to fit around your prior commitments and would aim to show you how your goal can be achieved.
Online Coaching

Why Online Coaching?
While online coaching acts as an alternative to in-person training sessions, it doesn't lose the attention to detail in the construction of the workouts and path to progression. Online coaching would involve weekly online meetings for me to evaluate progress and for you to give me feedback on the week. Programmes would be structured to match the clients preferences and abilities.

Workout From Home At Anytime
Online training offers an easier way to get the help from a trainer without each session being under a time constraint. Workout programmes sent out each week would offer exercise suggestions (as well as alternative options) and goals based on your previous performance to help push you towards your goal. Online training also encourages accountability in completing your workouts but can work around your own weekly schedule.

Advice Anytime
If you're an online coaching client and need to know something before your next weekly meeting then you can also get into quick contact with me throughout the day. If you're struggling with how to do an exercise, have a question about food, or just confused through the week I'm more than happy to help so that you're not waiting all week for the answer.

Nutritional Guidance
Whether its high protein meals, advice on reducing calories or information about the correct foods to build muscle; I can provide help from my own experience and adapt recipes to fit your requirements.

For those uninterested in hiring a personal trainer, programmes can add some structure to your workout and allow you to progress with your training by your own means.

Workout On Your Terms
Programmes can also offer exercise suggestions and workout planning for individuals that aren't sure where to start in the gym, but don't yet want to hire a personal trainer to help them progress and reach their goals. My programmes are designed to range in ability and offer multiple options for workout splits as well as different exercise variations to fit with your own preference.
