My Approach to Personal Training

I am dedicated to providing personalized training that is tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Using my years of experience in training and getting my own results I aim to teach you what works. I will use my own knowledge as well as current research to help clients achieve their fitness milestones and lead healthier lifestyles.

My mission is to guide you through fitness so that you understand the steps that you need to take to reach your goals. I aim to enhance your well-being, prevent injuries, and help you feel more confident in your own body. By helping you gain the knowledge of how you can reach your fitness goals I aim to show how you can maintain your health and fitness through all stages of life.

About Me

My name is Owen Hanson

I'm a passionate personal trainer that wants to use my training experience of nearly a decade to help others achieve their goals and teach you how you can look after your own health and fitness through either 1 to 1 personal session or online coaching with regular check-ins to make sure I'm doing the best I can for you.

During my time at university I  sustained a fracture in my spine as a result of a fall when bouldering with friends. This injury put my training on hold and meant that my mindset had to switch to one focused on recovery instead. Using this experience of training with an injury I will aim to create a training plan that works for you and accounts for any injuries, weaknesses, or preferences in exercise.
